  • Candidates and Partners Meet and Greet in the Lounge Area – 5:00 to 7:00 pm
  • Meet and Greet – 7:00 to 9:00 pm

Saturday May 21, 2022

  • Nobles and Ladies Pancake Breakfast in the Lounge Area – 7:00 to 9:00 am
  • First Section in Auditorium A – 10:00 am
  • Nobles and Ladies Hot Dog Luncheon, NO HOST BAR. Doors open at 11:30 am
  • Second Section in Auditorium A – 2:00 to 4:00 pm
  • Nobles and Ladies welcomed into the Potentates Banquet – Zem Zems, 5:00 pm
  • Dinner at 6:00 pm. NO HOST BAR

  • Nanaimo Heritage Days Parade –  UPDATE!  NO PARADE THIS YEAR!

We highly recommend in making reservations now and ensure there is a same day cancellation policy. As it is the May long weekend, rooming is very limited.

As all functions other than the Ladies luncheon (Coast Bastion Hotel) are being held at Beban Park Recreation Centre, it is not imperative that you need to stay downtown Nanaimo.
